Perpendicular Bisector Theorem Mastery Quiz

 

Below are three versions of the PBT (one for actors, one for engineers, and one for artists). Read all three and correct the error that is in each one.

1.

A point is on the perpendicular bisector of a segment if it is equidistant from the endpoints of that segment.

A point N is on the perpendicular bisector of segment AB iff AB=AN.

Use your knowledge of PBT to list all pairs of segments that you know are congruent, other than the ones already marked. Add auxiliary segments if necessary, since not all pairs of congruent segments are shown. Also list all the perpendicular bisectors you can find. When listing perpendicular bisectors, be very clear about what bisects what.
