HW due today: Read §7.1 and the CDC's page on Sensitivity, Specificity, and Predictive Value. I also want to discuss the following question, so please think about it: In the psych.-smoker question, if we see a random person smoking a cigarette, how much more likely is that person to be "normal" (i.e., without psychological condition) than to be someone with a diagnosable psychological condition?
