HW due today: Send me an e-mail listing the four topic areas of AP Statistics. Feel free to use the Essential Links section to help you. Your e-mail should be no more than four lines long.

HW due: Finish reading through p.48. In class: Quiz #1.

 

M 9/10/01

HW due: Start working on problems due Wednesday.

 

T 9/11/01

Problem working day (attendance optional).

 

W 9/12/01

No school. Regardless of how long we are away from school, keep working on your problems and your reading assignments. If the crisis continues for more than a day or two, we will probably hold class on the telephone (using a conference call). Watch this space for future developments.

 

Th 9/13/01

HW due: Problems 1.36, 1.40, 1.44, 1.54.

 

F 9/14/01

No school. Keep working on your long reading assignment that was assigned for Monday, and keep working on your HW problems. If you have troubles, please call a classmate for help (not copying), or call me at 703-599-6624. Have a safe weekend.

 

M 9/17/01

HW due: Finish reading through p.103. Also write answers (showing your work) to the quiz questions.

 

T 9/18/01

Problem working day (attendance optional).

HW due today: Read about Chebyshev's Theorem and make sure you are completely caught up on the textbook reading. In-class Quiz today will check your knowledge of these topics. Questions will be similar in scope and difficulty to the quiz questions you turned in on Monday.

HW due today: Read §3.1. We will work problems in class today.
